Each adult occupant submits an application. The $75 application fee per adult is collected after the leasing team confirms your application.

Our team reviews identity, income, rental history, and screening details. Most complete applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days.

After approval, review your lease, pay the one-time $250 administrative fee and applicable deposit, then choose your move-in day.

Each adult age 18 or older submits an application. Household income should be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent; guarantors are accepted.
