There are no move-in specials currently. Contact the leasing office for current offers if that changes.

Availability is updated as homes are leased and move-in dates change. The floor plan page shows current listed availability; contact leasing to confirm before applying.

The application fee is $75 per adult and is collected after the leasing team confirms your application. The one-time administrative fee is $250 per lease. Security deposits start at $500 and may vary based on screening.

Up to two pets are welcome. There is a one-time $350 pet fee and monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. The community is breed-friendly and includes a fenced dog park and pet wash.

Covered parking is available for $75 per month. EV charging and secure bike storage are also available.

CapMetro Routes 4 and 22 serve the area, including stops along East 7th Street and Pleasant Valley.

Water, sewer, and trash are billed back at approximately $65 per month. Residents set up electric service through Austin Energy. Gigabit fiber internet is available.

After approval, sign your lease, arrange required payments, set up Austin Energy service, select an available fiber provider if desired, and provide proof of renters insurance with at least $100,000 in liability coverage.
