Payment information

Rent is due on the 1st and can be paid online through your Solstice Living resident account or by certified check at the leasing office.

Before move-in

Move-in checklist

  • Sign and return your lease documents
  • Pay the required move-in charges
  • Set up electric service with Austin Energy
  • Arrange internet service if desired
  • Provide proof of renters insurance
  • Confirm your move-in date with the leasing team

Renters insurance required: maintain coverage with a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability protection.
